How Laandet works
A good deal starts with someone nearby.
What works today?
You can create an account, post all three types of listings and search. Requests, messages, rental agreements and condition reports open in the next step of the pilot.
Renting and borrowing
- Find something nearby with search and filters. You see the approximate area, price, deposit and how the item can be collected or delivered.
- Soon you can send a request. The owner decides whether to accept it.
- When you agree, Laandet creates a simple rental agreement that both accept. Payment happens directly between you.
- At handover and return you record the condition with photos, so you both have the same documentation.
Asking for something
Post a wanted listing, e.g. «Want to rent a trailer in Nordfold this weekend». Others can reply with their own listings.
Giving away
Give away things you no longer need – free and for good. You choose who gets the item, and describe known faults honestly.
