Safety on Laandet
Safety is part of Laandet from the start. Here is what applies today – and what is planned.
What applies today
- Everyone who posts listings has confirmed their email address.
- We only show approximate areas. Location and other information are removed from photos.
- Every listing can be reported. Moderators give reasons for decisions, and you can appeal.
- Prohibited and dangerous items are not allowed. Some categories need extra care.
- Laandet does not handle money and never sends payment links.
Planned
- Rental agreements, condition reports and a clear process when something goes wrong – coming in the next step of the pilot.
- BankID verification and renting out items above 5 000 kr – later, when it is safe and legally clarified.
- Laandet has no insurance for users. Check what your own insurance covers.
